The McLaren Hall is not just a venue; it’s a piece of Killin’s heritage, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that’s ideal for any occasion.
With its historical architecture and modern facilities, the hall is equipped to host events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations.
Main Hall
Our main hall is 13m x 20m and can accommodate up to 400 guests standing, or 250 guests for a seated concert making it perfect for large events.
It is the largest village hall in Perthshire.
Booking the whole complex gives you a maximum capacity of 520 pax.
Lesser Hall
Our smaller hall is ideal for courses, workshops, meetings, coffee mornings or exercise classes.
It measures approx 16m x 12m.
For a large event happening in the main hall, this room is often used as the bar and cloakroom area.
Facilities
We offer a range of amenities including a well equipped kitchen, flexible seating options and adaptable room layouts.
A movable bar with two drinks fridges is available for use - free of charge.
There is wheel chair access via a ramp.

3. Confirm your booking
Once your booking has been received by our Hallmaster system we will secure your date, check your details and if everything is in order you should receive an email confirming your booking. Please let us know if there is anything else we help with to make your event a success.
